Casa Olivia comprises three separate accommodation areas, the Main House, the Studio and the Garden Room. This provides our guests maximum privacy while vacationing together.

• The Main house offers a large 30'x12' bedroom with sitting area and computer nook. 1 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
• The Studio offers a loft bedroom, living area, small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
• The Garden Room offers a bedroom and small ensuite bathroom with shower
• Each unit is fully self contained with cable TV, DVD, fridge, microwave and internet access.
• For your comfort we offer full air conditioning, quality bedding, soft towels and bathrobes in all units
• Diver facilities include rinse tank, drying area, pool with 6' 6" max depth, (ideal for dive checking gear), outside shower and washing machine available on request.
• Our very private, sparkling clean tiled pool is 13ft x 10ft with love seat, lighting and waterfall.
• The tropical garden is high walled and very secluded with tropical fruit and coconut trees.
• We also have a large, open air, 30ft x 10ft, upstair palapa covered balcony. A great location for outdoor eating and entertaining!
• Casa Olivia is located in the popular Corpus Christi area of Cozumel and is close to Mega and Chedraui supermarkets, movies, bowling, restaurants and town.
• Casa Olivia is a non smoking residence
• Please note: due to open plan stairs, pool depth and ornamental pond Cozumel vacation rental Casa Olivia may not be suitable for young children.

For the convenience of our guests' variety of vacation needs, Casa Olivia now offers short term weekly and monthly vacation rental rates. Our monthly rental rates still offer the convenience of 24/7 property management for repairs and emergencies and also include pool servicing, maid service, internet, cable, phone and water but do not include gas and electricity. Monthly rental rates also require a commitment of 28 days rental or longer.
