We offer a fully managed property that can accommodate up to five/six in comfort. We have equipped the house the way we want it ... and we offer our guests nothing less than we ourselves would expect.

Due to increasing interest in longer term monthly rentals, Casa Olivia has introduced new rental rates for those visiting longer than 4 weeks. These rates will appeal to those who want a longer term rental which also includes all the benefits of a local property management service to make bill payments and take care of gardening, pool care and domestic emergencies.
The Casa Olivia monthly rentals will also include the offer use of household items, sheets, towels and most utilities, saving you the trouble of transporting or buying domestic items and the difficulties involved in connecting cable/internet/phone etc.
Our MONTHLY COZUMEL VACATION RENTAL TERMS will allow you to become a part of our friendly community and, thanks to our "on island" management team, maintainance issues will be delt with promptly leaving you to enjoy your stress free extended vacation.
