Monthly rentals of four weeks or more at Casa Olivia are great value as they include over $270 of maid, gardening, pool maintainance and utility services (water, cable, telephone, internet) as well as the added security of our excellent property management service for repairs, bill paying and emergencies. Towels, bedding and most household equipment are also provided. All thats left for you to do is relax and enjoy your new home away from home.

 

Rentals will be inclusive of:

  • Local phone service, internet, cable TV, water
  • Use of washer/dryer
  • Pool care and chemicals
  • Once weekly maid service
  • 24/7 property management for bill paying. property repairs and emergencies
  • Gardening as required
  • Furnishings
  • Kitchen equipment, sheets, bedding and towels

 

Monthly Rental Regulations

  • Primary renters must be in occupation for the majority of the rental term
  • No sublets - but guests (up to 6 person max occupancy) are permitted
  • Longer term rental rates do not include gas or electricity
  • Security deposit of $1500 is required to cover damages or unpaid gas or electric during tenancy
    (Security deposit will be refunded following electric meter reading and sucessful property inspection)
  • Damage due to misuse (eg washing sand covered items in washer/dryer) will result in charge for repair

It should be noted that electricity costs on Cozumel are high so it is important to fully understand the potential costs that can be incurred.

A rough estimate based on owners normal daily household usage (household effects plus two minisplit air conditioning units set to 78F from 9pm to 7am) would be iro $150 usd/week but usage varies from client to client and month to month so this estimate cannot be assured.
